A small team. A big belief. One platform.

Flexcon EOOD is a Bulgarian limited liability company (ЕООД) registered in Sofia. We build, operate and support iden — a modular customer experience platform designed for the reality of physical venues.

Our first commercial deployment is Area 52, Bulgaria's largest trampoline park network, with venues in Sofia and Veliko Tarnovo. From there, we're expanding to activity parks, fitness venues and hospitality businesses across Bulgaria and the wider Balkan region.

Unlike generic SaaS loyalty apps, iden is built for the operational reality of venue businesses: fiscal compliance, POS integrations, staff tablets, family accounts, NFC wristbands, and the compliance layer that European venue operators actually need. We chose to base the company in Bulgaria because that's where our first customers are — and because the Bulgarian NRA's Ordinance H-18 is one of the strictest fiscal frameworks in Europe. If iden works here, it works anywhere.

We operate as a registered СУПТО (Software for Sales Management) software manufacturer under Bulgarian National Revenue Agency regulations, with François Dehaibe acting as the designated guarantor of fiscal compliance.

Journey

How we got here

From enterprise telecom systems to a customer experience platform for physical venues.

Pre-2018

Three decades in enterprise systems

François Dehaibe spends 30+ years designing and delivering BSS/OSS telecom platforms across Europe — billing, order management, digital transformation programs for tier-1 operators.

2018

Flexcon EOOD founded in Sofia

Flexcon is registered as a Bulgarian ЕООД with a single focus: building infrastructure for the digital customer experience layer that physical venues have always lacked.

2023

BalkanConnect launched

An eSIM marketplace for Balkan travelers — the first step into independent product work, and the foundation for Flexcon's ability to operate in the Bulgarian regulatory environment.

2025

iden platform — foundational modules

The six core modules reach MVP: iden.pass, iden.perks, iden.reach, iden.pulse, iden.core, iden.connect. Infrastructure built on Supabase, TypeScript, Deno Edge Functions, Apple & Google Wallet.

Early 2026

Area 52 engagement begins

What starts as a tracking & attribution diagnostic for Area 52's marketing stack evolves into a full platform replacement strategy. 100,000+ customer records to migrate across two venues.

Q1 2026

iden.book goes live

Full booking system with capacity engine, digital waivers, loyalty enrollment and wallet pass generation. Party booking system launched for kids' birthday parties at Area 52.

Q2 2026

iden.pos ships — NRA compliant

A complete NRA Ordinance H-18 compliant POS system, integrated with Datecs FP-700MX fiscal printers via ErpNet.FP middleware. 20 database tables, 98/98 schema tests passing.

Today

Scaling the platform

Expanding the F&B back-office layer, rolling out the mobile app strategy for Area 52, and preparing iden for deployment at additional venues across Bulgaria.

François Dehaibe
Founder & Director

30+ years in enterprise systems, now building for physical venues.

François spent three decades designing, building and delivering large-scale BSS/OSS systems for European telecom operators — the kind of platforms that handle billions of transactions, hundreds of millions of customer records and strict regulatory compliance regimes.

That experience shapes how iden is built: with a bias toward operational reality over feature bloat, with rigorous specifications before code, and with a deep respect for the compliance and integration work that makes enterprise software actually ship.

Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, François acts as Flexcon's managing director and serves as the designated СУПТО guarantor for iden's fiscal compliance under Bulgarian NRA regulations.

"Most loyalty apps are built for digital-native businesses. They completely ignore the reality of a trampoline park, a restaurant, a gym — places where customers don't want another app, where staff are busy, where the POS can't talk to the CRM, and where the tax authority has very specific opinions about every receipt you print. iden is built for that world."
Principles

How we build

A small number of convictions that shape every decision in the platform.

01

Specifications before code

Every module begins with a formal, versioned specification. iden.pos shipped after a 1.3-iteration spec, with 28 audit findings resolved before a single line of production code. We write things down.

02

Compliance is a first-class feature

GDPR, NRA Ordinance H-18, PCI DSS considerations, and data residency are designed in from day one. Not bolted on when the regulator calls.

03

Venue-first, not SaaS-first

We design for staff tablets, power cuts, printer timeouts, offline-first interactions and the realities of a busy front desk. Not the idealized happy path of a demo video.

04

Modular by construction

Each iden module can be deployed independently and earns its place through value, not lock-in. Customers can start with iden.pass and never touch the rest if they don't need to.

05

Hands on the keyboard

Flexcon's founder is also its lead architect and engineer. There's no translation layer between who decides what to build and who writes the code.

06

Locally built, European hosted

iden runs on EU-hosted Supabase with data residency in Frankfurt. No transatlantic data transfers, no Schrems II headaches, no surprises on your Article 30 record.
